Binance Face Verification Failed – Locked Out of My Account for 3 Days

I have been locked out of my Binance account for three days because the face verification system is not working. Even though I enter my phone verification code and Google Authenticator code correctly, the facial recognition keeps failing, preventing me from accessing my account. I have tried multiple times, but nothing works. This is extremely frustrating, especially since I have funds in my account that I need to access. Why is there no alternative way to verify my identity when the system fails? Binance, I need urgent assistance to fix this issue and regain access to my account. Please provide a solution immediately—this is unacceptable for such a major platform!

I did everything you said, but I still can't access my account. I can't access it from the PC either. I sent a document selfie and ID for manual verification, but it was not accepted. Please get back to me urgently. Your customer service is not sufficient.
