How to Complete KYC on Binance Global, Wallet Balance Missing

I have been using my Binance Global account since 2021 without any issues. Recently, while the app was open, it prompted me for an update, which I approved. However, upon re-entering the app, I was asked to complete KYC identity verification. When I attempted the verification process, it stated that my ID number was already in use, preventing me from proceeding.

To make matters worse, my wallet balance now shows as 0, which is extremely concerning. I am seeking immediate assistance from Binance to resolve this issue. The inability to access my funds or complete the verification process is unacceptable. Please address this matter urgently and restore my access and wallet balance.
