Blooket Gave Me Permanent Limited Access for a Simple Account Mistake

Though my experience disappointed me down, I truly wanted to love Blooket. Trying to fix my account, I made a basic error that resulted in permanently limited access to Blooket Plus instead of a quick remedy. For a small mistake, it seemed like a severe result. Furthermore detracting from the enjoyment of the game are several design problems. For instance, the stealing mechanism can become out of control: if one person knows all the answers, everyone else merely steals their points. This should have a restriction. A "delete plan" button rather than a permanent delete might help to avoid such problems. I now see the reason behind the bad count of reviews.
