On August 1, 2024, an unauthorized charge of ₺2,052 appeared on my Akbank credit card from Partners on Booking BV Amsterdam NLD. Another unauthorized charge of ₺5,992 was made on August 2, 2024. I have never visited Amsterdam or the Netherlands, nor have I made any reservations there. I have not shared my card details with anyone, and my card is still in my possession.
These transactions were not made by me, and I am requesting a full refund for these charges. Please investigate this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
