It's been a long time since I've been running my supermarket, but lately, I've been having a huge problem with the Burn energy drinks and colas in my stock. They're literally exploding on their own, spilling out and leaking into the cupboard they are in. There isn't any acid in the product, which means that all customers who buy it never come back and so they're not satisfied with the product. I've already reported this issue to the Coca-Cola Bursa dealer, but unfortunately, they didn't accept the return even though we told them that the product was bought from them. They just said that it wasn't their responsibility and that I didn't produce it myself, which isn't true because the product is from Coca-Cola. What's worse is that there's still one year before the end of the SKT, which means that Coca-Cola won't stand behind the product despite it not being expired. So now, I'm stuck with these spoiled products on my shelf and every person who buys them ends up bringing them back. I'm really hoping that Coca-Cola can find a way to solve this problem in order to keep my customers satisfied.
