My Pegasus flight from Istanbul to Izmir was canceled, but I did not receive a refund.
Booking 10837114344 on eDreams for a Prag-Izmir trip on February 5. My Istanbul-Izmir connecting flight was canceled due to bad weather, and we were forced to land in Antalya rather than Istanbul.
I asked Pegasus for a refund, but they referred me to eDreams, saying, ""You purchased the ticket through an international application (eDreams); ask for a refund from them."" Unfortunately, despite two months of contact with eDreams customer service, I have yet to receive my refund.
Not only is there no one to speak Turkish with, but there is also no English-speaking contact. For the past two months, I've been chatting with an AI, and customer service is non-existent. The app keeps redirecting to chat, and there is no contact information or person to address the problem.
