Gpay Not Sending SMS for Payment Verification, Card Now Blocked

Hello, I’ve been trying to make a payment through Gpay, but when I reach the payment screen, it says "SMS has been sent to [number]" without actually displaying my number, and no SMS is ever received. I’m unable to make any payments, whether it's for Epin or my bus card. Out of frustration, I tried entering random codes, and now my card is blocked. How can I unblock my card and get SMS notifications to come through to my phone? I need help resolving this issue.
