Despite repeatedly telling the brand "I am not satisfied with your service," they insisted on not sending another service. If you want your brand to grow, you should have after-sales support handled by competent individuals.”

On November 1, 2022, I purchased a Hoover washer dryer from hepsiburada.com and added a 7-year extended warranty. Soon after, the machine began wearing out our laundry, so I called for service. Initially, they tried to dismiss it, claiming the issue was with the laundry itself. After extensive calls with the support center, they finally took the machine for service, returning it about a week later, stating it was “repaired.” However, minor malfunctions continued, and six months ago, the internal plastic buckles broke. When I requested service again, they blamed it on “user error,” alleging I washed shoes in the machine, which I did not. I explained that even if I had, the manual contained no warnings against washing shoes. After months, they sent a technician who replaced the plastic parts, but in the first wash, unusual noises started. The technician then suggested that leftover broken plastic was inside, but downplayed it as minor. A few washes later, the plastic parts broke again. Despite 20-25 days of calls and reminders to the service center, no action was taken. When I requested records of past service actions to support my complaint, I was unable to obtain any documents. Given that the machine has become unusable, I request either a replacement with a similar product or a full refund, including any legal fees.
