Unable to Reset ING Mobile Banking Password After Account Lock

I forgot my ING mobile banking password and, after entering it incorrectly several times, my account was locked. I contacted customer service, and they informed me that I could reset my password using my ID. However, I have been trying for an entire month, and every time I attempt to reset my password using my ID, I receive an error message stating, "The process cannot be completed right now, please try again later."

This issue has left me completely unable to access my mobile banking account, which is highly inconvenient. I need urgent assistance to resolve this problem so I can regain access to my account. Please address this issue promptly.
