My New Balance 530 Shoes Wore Out in 2 Months, No Support from Wakkorama
I purchased a pair of New Balance 530 shoes from the Galataport Wakkorama store, and within just two months, the mesh material started tearing. Considering the price I paid for these shoes, I expected much better quality. I sent the product for inspection, only to receive a rejection. I then requested a repair, but that was also denied.
This is absolutely unacceptable. A premium brand like New Balance should stand behind its products and at least offer repairs for manufacturing defects. Instead, they provided no solution. All I wanted was a proper repair for a costly product, but even that was refused.
I am extremely disappointed and regret purchasing this product. I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and will never buy from New Balance again. For a brand that charges so much, failing to support customers or ensure product quality is inexcusable.
