Pocket Broker Account Blocked For Age Issue - Unable To Access Balance
My name is Darren and I am writing about a problem with my Pocket Broker account, which has been blocked. I had both a real trading account and a demo account on Pocket Broker, registered with the email address georged***[email protected], and I can no longer access them. Today, my account was blocked with a notice that I was violating a public notice, and from what I understand this is because the system detected that I am underage. I had accidentally written that I was 18 years old in my bio, and I believe this is the reason my account was blocked. As a result, I cannot log in and I am unable to reach support through the app because access is blocked. There is a balance of $0.96 in my real account that I currently cannot access. I am using Pocket Broker from Uganda, and I would like my situation to be reviewed and for my funds to be returned to me, or for a clear explanation and guidance on how this issue can be resolved. I kindly request that you check my account, clarify the reason for the block, and help me either regain access or withdraw the remaining balance of $0.96 from my real account.
