Fox Epin Sent Me the Wrong RP Amount and Refused to Fix It or Refund Me

I made two RP purchases on Fox Epin—one for 160 RP and another for 250 RP—but instead, I was sent two codes for 160 RP. That’s not what I paid for. When I contacted their live support to fix the issue, they completely dismissed my complaint, hiding behind vague excuses like “Riot Games policies” and told me to reach out to Riot directly.

This is unacceptable. The transaction was with Fox Epin, not Riot Games. They are the ones responsible for fulfilling my order correctly. I provided all the visual evidence—screenshots, receipts, everything—and still, they refused to compensate or even acknowledge the mistake.

Fox Epin, I demand a proper review and immediate resolution. Either send the correct 250 RP or refund the difference. You can’t just make a mistake and push the responsibility onto someone else.
