If ShortMax charged your card again after cancellation;

• Cancel the subscription directly from the app store, since uninstalling or in-app cancellation may not stop billing
• Take screenshots showing your cancellation date and the new charge

Ask them to;

• Confirm the subscription is fully canceled and auto-renewal is disabled
