For the past three years, every time I try to log into my Snapchat account, I get a message saying it’s “temporarily locked.” But it has remained locked for far too long to be considered temporary. I’ve clicked the “Unlock” button countless times, and it always responds with “Sorry, we’re currently unable to process your request.”
This is now the second time I’m submitting a complaint, and Snapchat has never responded to my previous message. I’ve had this account for years, and it holds important memories and conversations that I want access to. It's frustrating to be ignored for this long.
