My Spigen Tough Armor Black case for the iPhone 11 Pro Max cracked while just sitting there. I haven’t used the case excessively, and it hasn’t been dropped or subjected to any impact. Is it normal for a supposedly durable and licensed case, which costs 10 times more than others, to crack like this? This is the third Spigen case I’ve purchased, but I’m genuinely surprised by this issue. Can any action be taken on this, or is it a manufacturing defect?
