Tandem deleted my premium profile, what should I do?

If your Tandem premium account has been deleted, please note that Tandem's policies do not allow for account restoration. To continue using the service, you will need to create a new account.

Before creating a new account, cancel your prior Tandem Pro subscription to avoid further payments. Deleting your account does not automatically terminate your membership. To cancel, take the following actions:

- "iOS users": Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Tandem, then cancel the subscription.

- "Android Users": Open the Google Play Store app, hit the menu symbol, pick "My Apps," then "Subscriptions," and Select Tandem to cancel.

After cancelling your old subscription, you can establish a new Tandem account and re-subscribe to Tandem Pro.Use the same login method (email, Facebook, or Google) to prevent future login troubles.
