PayPal Didn’t Transfer My Tango Payment—It Shows as Sent but Never Arrived

Today, I was supposed to receive a payment from Tango through PayPal, but the money never reached my account. The Tango app shows the payment as completed, yet there’s absolutely no sign of it in my PayPal balance. I urgently need that money, and it’s unacceptable that it's “sent” but still missing.
I’ve checked everything—my PayPal account is active, there are no holds or errors—and I’m certain the money isn’t there. I’m extremely frustrated and need this issue resolved immediately. If there’s a problem with the transfer, I’m asking for clear information and a way to either resend the payment or provide alternative banking instructions.
Tango and PayPal, please stop passing responsibility. Help me access the ₺ I earned. I need answers, not silence.
