How Can I Get Full Temu Refund

I ordered an item from Temu based on the positive reviews I read. However, when it didn’t work out, I returned it promptly. The item cost me 1600₺, but the refund I received was only 1400₺.

What’s more frustrating is that other customers mentioned receiving refunds that were higher than what they paid, yet I was shortchanged. I’m not asking for extra; I simply want the full amount I paid to be refunded. With inflation and the value of the lira decreasing every second, this loss feels even more significant.

I urge Temu to process my remaining refund immediately and ensure fairness for all customers. Please resolve this issue promptly.
