I Lost Access To My TikTok Account

I lost my Tecno Spark 30c phone earlier this year, and with it I also lost access to the SIM card and the email address that were linked to my TikTok account. Since then, I have not been able to log in to my TikTok account, even though I remember the username. I have tried to log in several times and also used the options available, but it is not working. About 4–5 days ago I submitted a complaint to TikTok support. However, I have not been able to complete the process because I no longer have access to the phone number and email that were originally connected to the account, so I could not provide those details. My request is that you help me recover access to my TikTok account by manually verifying my identity and allowing me to link a new phone number or email address to that same account. I would like to continue using my original account, just with updated contact information that I can access.
