Turna.com Denied Promised Cabin Baggage on Pegasus and Flyadeal Flights

I purchased tickets for a 3-person journey from Sabiha Gökçen to Medina via Turna.com, ensuring during the booking process that cabin baggage was included. I even confirmed this explicitly before completing the purchase. However, when I checked the actual Pegasus and Flyadeal tickets, I discovered that no cabin baggage allowance was provided, contrary to what was promised.

Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue via calls and emails, Turna.com has failed to provide a satisfactory solution. Their response has been dismissive, offering no resolution but instead deflecting with inadequate compensations like credits.

This is not acceptable. I demand immediate action to rectify this issue and uphold the promises made during the booking process. Misleading customers like this is unacceptable.
