WhatsApp Message from Unknown +92 Code Disturbed Me

I received a message on WhatsApp from a number with the +92 3205427518 country code. Upon researching online, I found that this code belongs to India. I have no personal or business relationship with this country, and I am quite disturbed by this situation. I have blocked the number that sent the message. I am absolutely filing a complaint. I declare that I do not accept any responsibility if my account information is compromised, if my phone number is used without permission, or if my private information, messages, or photos are accessed, or if a company is established, purchases are made, or debts are incurred in my name. All responsibility rests with WhatsApp.
