Binomo Took My Deposit but Didn’t Credit It to My Account

I deposited money into my Binomo account, but the funds were withdrawn from my bank without being credited to my Binomo balance. This has happened three or four times now, and each time I contact support, they keep delaying with excuses.
They tell me that the money will be refunded soon, but nothing happens. They ask for transaction IDs and bank receipts, make me wait, and then never process the transaction. I already know their response here will be “please contact support”, but the reality is support doesn’t solve anything.
I demand an immediate resolution—either my money should be credited to my account or refunded. Binomo must stop ignoring customer issues and process payments properly!
