I Want StarMaker to Review and Remove an Unfair Account Ban

I am writing regarding my sister’s Starmaker accounts, which have been unfairly banned after someone reported her. Her main Starmaker ID and username are “Sona (iconic)” with the ID number 62069966254, and she uses the application from India. The ban happened one day ago, and since then she has not been able to access or use her accounts. My sister is always kind and respectful to others on the platform and has never misbehaved, violated rules, or intentionally harmed anyone. We believe that these bans are the result of false or malicious reports rather than any real misconduct. We have already tried to contact Starmaker support about this issue, but so far we have received no response at all. I kindly request that you urgently review the bans on both of these accounts, check the reports made against her, and reactivate my sister’s IDs if no genuine violation is found. I want to clearly state that we just want my sister’s IDs back, because she has invested her time and effort into these accounts and did not do anything wrong. We would also appreciate a clear explanation of the reasons for the bans, as we want to understand what happened and ensure her accounts can be used safely and in line with your rules in the future. I sincerely ask you to return access to her accounts as soon as possible.
