BNP Cardif and TEB Bank's Broken Promises and Missing Signatures!

I have repeatedly reached out to BNP Cardif and TEB Bank, submitting multiple applications and written petitions, yet I have been unable to obtain the signed loan agreement and policy documents. They claim there is no record of the inheritance payment, but our attorney needs to investigate further. How can they accept a policy confirmation through a mere "Phone SMS approval"? It's 2017, did everyone suddenly have an e-signature for you to accept a digital signature? I am filing a complaint and issuing my final warning. We are now left with no choice but to pursue legal action. The money they were supposed to deposit has vanished, rapidly disappearing against exchange rates. I demand the immediate payment of the said amount. Otherwise, I will not hesitate to exercise my legal rights.
