QNB Finansbank Enpara Did Not Reflect Gold Price Increase and I Lost ₺8000

Hello, on February 18, I purchased 70 grams of gold for ₺240,385.9 from my QNB Finansbank Enpara account. Despite there being no tax fee and the increase in gold prices, the balance in my account has decreased and now shows ₺234,338.38. I reported the situation to the bank, and they said it was due to the spread. However, even considering the spread, gold prices have risen significantly since the purchase date. I contacted the bank multiple times, but they keep giving me the same response. I will also share the relevant screenshots. If I were to buy the same amount of gold now, the bank is asking for ₺242,254.32. This means gold prices have increased, but my account shows a decrease. Following the government's advice to make investments through banks rather than keeping savings at home, I made this investment, but due to the bank's manipulative actions, I appear to have incurred a significant loss of approximately ₺8,000. I request that this situation be resolved and my losses be compensated in my account.
