Issues with Jabra Elite 85H: Broken Parts and Connectivity Problems

I purchased the Jabra Elite 85H headphones through Amazon on April 29, 2023. After some time, the plastic part on the side broke. Additionally, I’ve been experiencing significant issues with sound and Bluetooth connectivity. At times, a loud ringing sound starts out of nowhere, or no sound comes through at all.
Connecting the device is also a challenge, as I often have to turn it on and off multiple times to get it to work. I sent the device in for warranty service, but they said they didn’t have the necessary parts and directed me to contact the seller. I reached out to Amazon but received no response, and my attempts to get support from Jabra have also gone unanswered.
Jabra and Amazon, I need immediate assistance to resolve these issues. Either repair or replace the defective product, as this situation is unacceptable for a premium device. Please respond promptly.
