Deposit Missing Despite Successful Payment


I made a deposit of 5,000 via PhonePe to my Bigdaddy account on 23 May, but the amount has still not been credited to my Bigdaddy account. The PhonePe transaction / reference ID for this payment is 033663752179. Since 23 May, the 5,000 has remained deducted from my PhonePe balance, yet Bigdaddy has not added it to my account. When I contacted Bigdaddy customer support, they did not add the amount to my account and the issue was not resolved. I also have a screenshot and proof of this PhonePe transaction available if needed. I request that the 5,000 paid with PhonePe on 23 May with transaction ID 033663752179 be immediately refunded back to my PhonePe account, and that this issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.

Customer service is not paying attention to my issue either.

The amount has neither been credited to my BDG wallet nor refunded to my PhonePe account. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
