Plus500 Account Closure Cost Me €28000 in Gold Investments and No Resolution Offered


I suffered a significant financial loss due to the incorrect closure of my account. I had purchased gold and later received an email stating that my Plus500 account would be closed after 21 days. As a result, I had to proceed with the closure, which led to a loss of €5000. I reported this issue and waited for a response, but no resolution was offered. The total damage I have incurred amounts to €28,000. If my damages are not compensated, I will proceed with filing a case in the district court and appeal to the judge as per the law. Additionally, I will expose the fraudulent practices on TikTok and Instagram, across Germany and Europe, and in the Bild newspaper.
