I Sent Money to Pocket Option But It Still Hasn’t Arrived – Support Keeps Delaying

I transferred money to my Pocket Option account and immediately shared the transaction receipt (dekont) as requested. Even though everything was done correctly on my end, they keep saying the money hasn’t arrived. It’s been three full days of back-and-forth, and all I’ve gotten are empty promises like “we’re looking into it.”
Now, after days of stalling, they suddenly claim that the receipt I submitted is “not supported.” Why didn’t they mention this earlier? I’ve lost valuable time, and my funds are still missing. This is completely unacceptable from a platform that handles real money.
Pocket Option must resolve this immediately and credit my account without any further excuses. Ignoring or delaying users who are sending real ₺ is not how a reliable platform should operate.
