I did not see any transparent information about recurring charges or a subscription plan during the payment steps, so I consider these deductions to be hidden and unauthorized. Despite this, they refused to refund my money and did not offer any meaningful solution. I find this behavior extremely misleading and unethical. The way the pricing is presented gives the impression of a cheap, one‑time service, while in reality unexpected additional amounts are taken from the card. This creates a serious risk for other users who may unknowingly become victims of similar hidden billing practices. I request that this situation be thoroughly investigated and that the unauthorized charges made by TheBestPDF be refunded to me.
