UPI Deposits Debited From PhonePe but Not Credited Account

I made two separate UPI deposits of ₹15,000 each (total ₹30,000) from my PhonePe account to my 1win account on 03/06/2026. The money was successfully debited from my bank account, but even after around 10 days the amount has still not been credited to my 1win balance. I have already shared all possible proof with the company, including screenshots, PDF, bank statement and receipts, and sent them to all available email addresses and the support team. Despite this, I have not received any response, and my issue is being completely ignored. I request that my total ₹30,000 be credited to my 1win account immediately or, if that is not possible, that the full amount be refunded to my bank account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation for why this payment has not been processed for so long despite providing all the required documents.
