Withdrawal Not Credited After Six Days

I made a withdrawal request from my 1win account via IMPS on 23/05/2026 to my Punjab National Bank account for an amount of 11,240 Rs. The money was debited from my 1win balance, but it has not been credited to my bank account. It has now been more than six days and the amount is still missing. Until this incident, I had never faced any payment issues with 1win, which makes this situation even more disappointing. I contacted 1win support multiple times, but they keep replying that the amount has been credited, without providing any proof. They are not sharing the exact date of the transaction or any transaction reference, and their current response is quite disgraceful and is creating a serious feeling of distrust, even though I am clearly stating that I have not received the money in my bank account. I also contacted Punjab National Bank regarding this issue. The bank is asking me for the exact date and transaction details in order to trace the payment, but I cannot provide this information because 1win refuses to share it with me. I request 1win to urgently provide the exact IMPS transaction date and reference number so that my bank can locate the payment, or to resolve this issue by ensuring that the 11,240 Rs is correctly credited to my Punjab National Bank account.

I have already sent a screenshot of the bank's response, but the 1win support team is still not providing any positive response or resolution.

The date of the transaction is missing from your email, and my bank is requesting the transaction date along with the UTR number. Kindly provide the transaction date as well so that I can proceed with the verification process.

You have only provided the IMPS UTR number. I kindly request that you also provide additional transaction details, including the exact date and time of the transaction, so that I can contact my bank and complete the verification process.
