4Rabet UPI Deposit ₹2000 Not Credited Despite Successful Payment

On 2 March, I deposited ₹2000 into my 4rabetsite account through my phone using UPI, and the payment was successfully completed with UTR number 984536195282. Despite the payment going through, the ₹2000 has still not been credited to my game/wallet balance in 4Rabet. I contacted 4Rabet support about this issue, but so far my balance has not been updated and the problem remains unresolved. The money has been debited from my side, and I have been waiting since 2 March for this issue to be fixed. I request that my missing ₹2000 either be immediately added to my 4Rabet account balance or, if that is not possible, that the ₹2000 be refunded back to the same UPI/phone account from which I made the payment. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
