Amazon Delivered My Sea Moss Jar Completely Broken and Unusable

I ordered a Sea Moss product from Amazon to be delivered to Macon, and when it arrived today, the entire jar was broken. The container was completely damaged when I opened the package, and the product is not usable. I tried to reach Amazon customer service about this issue, but I was not able to speak with anyone or get any help so far. This situation is frustrating because I received a damaged product and have no clear support channel to resolve it. I kindly request that Amazon send me a new Sea Moss product as a replacement for the broken jar as soon as possible.
