Unfortunately, once a trade is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
Binomo does not offer a cancel option, even if the click was accidental.
This is because trades are executed instantly, and cancellations could be abused for manipulation.
What you can do in this situation
Close the trade early (if available)
Some contract types allow early closure, but it’s not always available and usually results in a partial loss.
Contact support immediately
If the trade was just opened, you can ask support to cancel it.
In most cases, such requests are denied, but it’s still worth trying.
Check interface settings
Enable options that reduce accidental clicks:
• trade confirmation;
• double-click confirmation;
• disabling hotkeys.
Request a technical explanation
If the trade opened without your action, demand:
• click or touch logs;
• action history;
• an explanation of why the trade was opened.
When you should file a complaint
• the trade opened “by itself”;
• the button triggered twice or with a delay;
• the interface froze and opened a trade without confirmation;
• Binomo refuses to provide log evidence.
In such cases, be sure to file a complaint on Xolvie — it helps document the issue and protect your balance from unjustified losses.
