I Can't Access My Pocket Option Account - I Don't Remember The Last Password
I am a user of the Pocket Broker application and I have not been able to access my account for about 4 hours because I forgot my password. When I try to log in, the “forgot password” option does not appear at all, so I have no way to reset my password and regain access to my account. I have previously made a payment through Pocket Broker and I am now unable to monitor or manage this transaction because I am locked out of my account. I contacted Pocket Broker by email, but I have not received any response so far. I request that my account access be restored as soon as possible by enabling a working “forgot password” function or another secure password reset method, and that I be assisted promptly so I can safely reach my account and the payment I have made.
