Pocket Option Blocked My Real Account And Locked My Funds

I opened a standard real trading account with Pocket Option and after using it for just one day my account was suddenly blocked for an alleged rules violation. The platform only stated that there was a violation of the rules but did not clearly explain which rule or clause I had supposedly violated. As a result of this block, I cannot access my account or my funds. I have tried to reach Pocket Option customer service about this issue, but so far I have not received any response or clarification. I am very concerned because my money is currently locked in the blocked account, and I have no clear information about the reason or duration of this action. I kindly request that my Pocket Option real trading account be unblocked or, if that is not possible, that my full balance be returned to me. I also expect a clear and detailed explanation of the reason for the block and on which specific rule this decision was based.
