Pocket Option Account Banned During Verification - Funds Locked

I have been using Pocket Option first on a demo account for about one to two months and recently moved to a real account via the mobile app. This afternoon, while I was trying to verify my account, I received a message that my account had been banned due to “Violation of the Public Offer Agreement without the possibility of restore.” I was very surprised by this decision because I was only in the process of verifying my account and I do not know which specific rule I supposedly violated. There is money in my real Pocket Option account, and I currently cannot access my account, continue trading, complete verification, or withdraw my funds. I have already sent an email to your support team about this situation, but I have not received any response yet. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, that I be informed clearly which part of the Public Offer Agreement I am alleged to have violated, and that my account be unbanned and fully restored so that I can verify it, continue trading, and withdraw my money. If there has been a misunderstanding or automated error, I ask you to correct it as soon as possible and give me back full access to my account and funds.
