Pocket Option App Crash Triggered Unauthorized Trades on Android
I am writing regarding a serious issue I experienced today on the Pocket Option Android app while trading from South Africa. During the early hours of the morning, between approximately 1:00 and 3:00 a.m., the app suddenly crashed while I was on quick trade. After the crash, 8 trades of 236 R each were executed without my intention or any prompt from me to place those trades. In total, 8 unintended trades of 236 R each went through even though I did not confirm or authorize them. This was clearly a result of the app malfunctioning, not my actions. When I contacted Pocket Option support, I was told they were unable to help and the blame was put on me, even though the problem started with the app crashing. This has left me feeling robbed, as I lost money through no fault of my own. I use the email address josh2***@gmail.com on my Pocket Option account. I request that the 8 unintended trades be canceled and the full amount of these trades be refunded to my account so that I can continue my trading journey and provide for my family. I also ask that you investigate the app crash on the Android platform so that this does not happen again. I expect this situation to be taken seriously, my loss to be reimbursed, and the technical issue on the Android app to be properly checked and resolved.
It has now been almost 6 hours, and nothing has been resolved.
