I have been using Pocket Option via the Android app from Pakistan since 2023 under Account ID 56968***. During this entire period I was mostly trading at a loss, and my account remained fully active without any problems. However, on 5 December 2025, as soon as I finally made a profit of $1330, my account was suddenly banned under reference to clause 2.9, and I was blocked from accessing or withdrawing my earnings. After the ban, I contacted Pocket Option support multiple times and opened a request for the full profit. My issue was registered as Request #796672. In their first response, support acknowledged my complaint and said it was forwarded to the finance department. Afterwards, they only refunded my last small deposit of $27.99 to my BNB20 address and sent me the transaction hash for that refund. This clearly shows that Pocket Option has my correct withdrawal details and is technically able to process transactions, yet they are refusing to release the $1330 profit I rightfully earned. I see this as an unfair and unjustified seizure of my profit. My account was allowed to operate normally while I was losing money, but was banned immediately after I became profitable, which strongly suggests bad faith. I was not given any clear or detailed explanation beyond a generic reference to clause 2.9, and no specific evidence or transparent investigation has been shared with me. I request that Pocket Option immediately returns the full $1330 profit to the same BNB20 address where my $27.99 deposit was refunded and provides a written explanation for the ban and confiscation of my profit. If this is not resolved promptly and transparently, I will continue with further formal complaints and dispute processes.

I have received Pocket Option’s formal refusal (from PO Trade) to refund my principal funds, citing a baseless claim that I violated Clause 2.9 of their Public Offer Agreement. I unequivocally deny and dispute this alleged violation. Your refusal to refund my remaining balance of 1330 following the unjustified account closure on December 5, 2025, constitutes a breach of contract and an illegal retention of funds. I demand that Pocket Option immediately process the full refund, and this serves as the last public warning before I commence full international legal and regulatory action against the company and its payment processors.
