When I try to log in, I receive a message stating that my account has been blocked due to violations of the terms of the agreement, but no specific details about these alleged violations are provided.

I immediately contacted Pocket Option support, but their response was simply that services cannot be provided to my account, again without offering any clear explanation or evidence. This lack of transparency makes the situation feel unfair, as I was not informed of any specific issue or given the opportunity to clarify or respond.

I respectfully request that my account be reviewed urgently and reactivated as soon as possible.
