Pocket Option Refused to Pay Profits After Account Verification

I created a Pocket Option account and made an initial deposit of 12,500, which I lost while trading. After that, I deposited another 2,100 and was able to make a profit of more than 11,000. After earning this profit, I proceeded to verify my account, but my account was blocked, even though I did not violate any rules or do anything wrong. Pocket Option then asked me to provide my bank details for a refund, but they refunded only 2,100, which is unfair. I deposited a much larger total amount and also made a significant profit, yet I was not allowed to withdraw my earnings and only received a partial refund. I believe this action is unjust, and I request that my account be reviewed properly and that the remaining balance and profits I earned be returned to me.
