Pocket Option Refuses Crypto Refund Without Bank/M-Pesa Statement

Pocket Option expects me to provide a bank or M-Pesa statement in order to refund my money. However, I’m simply requesting the return of the funds I deposited—I didn’t even get the chance to trade. The issue is that while they accept payment in digital currency like USDT, it has now been almost a month without a refund. They keep insisting on a bank or M-Pesa statement, even though I deposited using digital currency. I’ve already sent them all the proof of my deposit, but it’s been in vain. I’m really disappointed with this process. Please do something about this—how am I supposed to provide a bank statement when I used cryptocurrency for the deposit?
