Pocket Option Vodafone Cash Deposit Deducted but Not Credited to Account Balance

I am a user of the Pocket Option platform, and I make my deposits through Vodafone Cash. On 13/12/2025, I deposited 400 Egyptian pounds from my Vodafone Cash wallet; the amount was deducted from my wallet, but it was not added to my Pocket Option account balance. This problem does not only happen once, it is also repeated with every deposit operation I make through Vodafone Cash, which makes using the platform very difficult for me and causes me financial loss and confusion. Despite this, I continued to use the same method because it had worked before, but the same issue kept appearing. I contacted Pocket Option customer service regarding the latest missing deposit, but I did not receive any response. I find it unacceptable that the money is deducted from my wallet without being reflected in my trading account and without any support response. I request that the amount of 400 Egyptian pounds be credited to my Pocket Option account balance as soon as possible and that this recurring deposit issue via Vodafone Cash be permanently resolved so that I can use the platform safely and without fear of losing my money during deposits.
