Remitly Money Transfer Not Received Despite Receipt – Bank Denies Transaction

A money transfer was sent to me from the U.S. via Remitly, and I have the receipt and transfer tracking number as proof. However, my bank in Turkey claims that no such transfer exists. The sender insists they’ve received the money, but Remitly is denying the transaction even though I have their receipt. My Turkish bank also states, "We don’t work with Remitly," which leaves me stuck with no resolution. I need immediate clarification from both Remitly and the bank regarding the whereabouts of the transfer. This issue is causing significant confusion, and I demand that this matter be resolved as soon as possible.
