Pocket Option Freezes Funds After Blocking Account Under Clause 2.3

I have been using the Pocket Option web platform with the email address ntrade***@gmail.com and trading ID 122202143. On 9 February 2026, when I woke up and tried to log in, I saw that my account had been blocked based on clause 2.3, with the reason stated on the platform as “multiple accounts”. I confirm that I did open multiple accounts in the past, but I am fully willing to comply with your rules and continue using only a single account going forward. Despite this, my main active account has been completely blocked without prior warning or any chance to correct the situation. I immediately contacted Pocket Option support by email, but I have not received any response so far. Due to this sudden blockage, I currently cannot access my funds or continue my trading activity as usual. I kindly request that my main account associated with email address ntrade***@gmail.com and trading ID 122202143 be restored, or at the very least that I be allowed to access and withdraw my funds. I am ready to follow any instructions you provide, close other accounts if required, and fully comply with your terms to resolve this issue fairly.
