Pocket Option Payment Issue - Funds Not Credited Despite Proof of Payment

Even though I've registered with proper identification and provided payment receipts, the funds aren't reflecting in my account. It's like throwing a deed in front of them; they still demand a bank statement. When I explain that I've sent the money via EFT with a receipt as proof of payment, they simply respond, "Write to us if the money doesn't arrive in your account." If I understand anything from this, I must be speaking Arabic...
